Carcophony is a spectacular-whacky-motorised-percussion-noisey-music-machine thing!  Driven and played by strange-dressed-up-sort-of-odd-ball-misfit-performers with the intention that you dance your socks off.

Carcophony was an exciting artwork combing visual art, music and street performance.  It was built, devised and previewed at Picking Up Sticks in Oldham on 10 March 2007.  It then premiered at Oldham Street Theatre weekend on 26/27 May and showcased at Garden of Delights in Manchester on 1 June.  It featured as part of Walk the Plank’s Artcar Parades, and events around the UK.
